Exchange Process
- Email us your order number and explain the reason for your exchange.
- Same item exchange only no price value differences.
- Shipping fees For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons like dislike or incorrect size, you'll have to cover the shipping costs.
- Quality issues? No shipping costs for you. Send us photos and order details, and we'll assist promptly.

- Exchange Timeline: We process exchanges within 1 business day of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Used, damaged, or altered items beyond our control are not eligible for return.
