Refund processing typically occurs within 5 business days upon receipt of your return.

Exchange Process

Email us your order number and explain the reason for your exchange.
Same item exchange only no price value differences.
Shipping fees For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons like dislike or incorrect size, you'll have to cover the shipping costs.
Quality issues? No shipping costs for you. Send us photos and order details, and we'll assist promptly.

Important Notes

Return Period: 15 days from delivery date.
Exchange Timeline: We process exchanges within 1 business day of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Used, damaged, or altered items beyond our control are not eligible for return.

Refunds
