Yes, we ship all over the world. Free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

Do you offer express shipping?
We do! You can choose express shipping at checkout, see Shipping Policies for details.
My tracking number isn't working?
Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see tracking updates, it's possible our system assigned the incorrect carrier link to your tracking number. Just write to us at info@oqq.com if it happens.
Can I edit/cancel my order or change my delivery address?
Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. Please contact us immediately to cancel or modify the order within 24 hours. Otherwise, we'll be happy to start a return for you when you get the package.
What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't get it, a few things may have occurred: Your delivery person marked your package as delivered in advance, and the package may still be on the way;
A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you. If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after fourteen days, please let us know at info@oqq.com.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is oqq's top priority - whether it's the size, fit, color, or something else, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase we happily accept returns for 30 days after purchase.
If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@oqq.com and our customer service team will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
To ensure you receive a full refund and your return process goes smoothly, please remember: Damaged, washed, dyed, or altered items may not be returned.
Will I get full refund for my return?
We will offer a full refund for you on all returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached.
